It's completely custom designed so I'll take into account everyone's likes, dislikes and dietary needs to make it as sustainable as possible. You get all the recipes and shopping lists that make your everyday life easier, so that it becomes a lasting experience.

No major limitations, no complicated recipes. I created your meal plan with an emphasis on whole foods, meaning foods that come as close as possible to their natural form. That's why you'll find few processed foods in your meal plan and instead find simple, tasty, wholesome ingredients.

Hello, my name is Stephanie


I was interested in a healthy lifestyle and in the philosophy of yoga from a very early age, and I read a lot about it when I was still at school. I've also been into sports since I was little, back then it was athletics, long-distance running, horseback riding and volleyball. I got into yoga during college in 2000 and there was no turning back. As soon as I finished my studies I traveled to India and Southeast Asia in January 2003 to follow my passion of learning as much as possible about yoga, meditation, nutrition, healthy living, massage techniques and Ayurveda. Since 2003 I have completed various yoga and massage training courses in India and Thailand, including Ayurvedic yoga massage, Tibetan massage and foot reflexology. In 2004 I completed my first Hatha Yoga teacher training in India. Since then I have taught yoga and practiced various massage techniques. In 2004 I also spent some time in two different monasteries, a Buddhist monastery in Thailand and one in the Indian Himalayas, where I completed a ten-day Vipassana meditation retreat in silence, among other things. After each of these meditation retreats, I decided to stay and extend.


Over the years, various training courses as a personal trainer, relaxation trainer, Vinyasa yoga teacher, Ayurveda therapist with a doctor from Kerala, further yoga courses including Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga with Sadie Nardini and Prana Vinyasa Yoga with Shiva Rea, a course with the well-known New York Nutritionist Manu Dawson, Raw Food Training in England and a Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Holistic Massage from the London School of Massage.


Since 2006 I've been guiding women (and some men too ;) to be the best version of themselves - to create healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle. I help my clients to easily integrate health, fitness, yoga, nutrition, meditation and mindset into their lifestyle.


After being active worldwide for over 12 years, I now want to make my knowledge accessible to everyone, online and also in German.

    I can adapt the plan so you can do it at home if you wish! All you need are some weights/dumbbells. You simply have to select “just at home” on the registration form.
