Meet Your Coach


I have been interested in a healthy lifestyle and Yoga philosophy from a very early age. I also did sports from a very young age, at that time it was track and field, long distance running, horseback riding and volleyball. During my studies in 2000 I discovered yoga and there was no way back. As soon as I finished my studies in January 2003, I traveled the world and followed my passion to learn as much as I could about yoga, meditation, nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, massage techniques and Ayurveda. Since 2003, I completed various yoga and massage trainings in India and Thailand, including Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Tibetan Massage, Thai Massage and Reflexology. In 2004 I completed my first Hatha Yoga teacher training in Kerala, India. Since then I have taught yoga and practiced various massage techniques. In 2004 I also spent some time in 2 different monasteries, one Buddhist monastery in Thailand and one in the Indian Himalayas, where I did two 10 day Vipassana meditation retreats in silence. After each of these meditation retreats, I decided to stay and extend.


Over the years I have completed various trainings as a meditation teacher, personal trainer, Vinyasa Yoga teacher in Goa, a training as an Ayurvedic therapist with a doctor from Kerala, further yoga trainings in Core Strength Vinyasa with Sadie Nardini and in Prana Vinyasa with Shiva Rea, a course with the well-known New York nutritionist Manu Dawson, a raw food chef training in England and a diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Holistic Massage at the London School of Massage.


Since 2006, I have been guiding women (and some men too;) to the best version of themselves, creating healthy habits and lifestyles. I help my clients easily integrate health, fitness, yoga, nutrition, meditation and mindset into their lifestyle.


After traveling worldwide for over 12 years, I want to make my knowledge available to everyone, by offering my programme online.
